With over 35 years of hands-on marketing experience, Janet has helped hundreds of local businesses across Lake, McHenry, and Cook Counties in Northern Illinois — and Kenosha County in Southern Wisconsin — grow their customer base, increase visibility, and build lasting brand loyalty.

Chairman — Round Lake Area Home & Trade Show
Directed the annual trade show for 10 years, attracting 1,000+ attendees and coordinating 75–100 exhibitors. Generated $5,000–$10,000 in annual revenue through sponsorships and exhibitor participation.
Before JG Marketing
Career Highlights
WBBM-FM Radio, Chicago
Built WBBM-FM's public affairs and PR outreach program from the ground up during a summer internship. Designed a civic interview scheduling system that coordinated 50+ Chicagoland mayors — and arranged on-air appearances with Jesse Jackson, Mayor Harold Washington, and Mike Ditka. The system she created stayed in active use at the station for nearly 10 years.
200 Businesses. One Season.
During a single holiday promotional campaign, Janet personally secured participation from 200 local businesses — more than all other sales representatives on the program combined. The campaign placed stuffed animals and entry boxes at participating locations, driving foot traffic across the region.
